No masculino, Loupos venceu com 94.10 pontos na sua melhor tentativa. A Austrália completou a dobradinha com Logan Martin (AUS) em segundo lugar. O pódio teve a presença ainda de Justin Dowell (USA). Único brasileiro na disputa, Gustavo de Oliveira ficou ainda na primeira fase, terminando em 14º lugar geral com 58.80 de média após as duas tentativas.
Já no feminino, Roberts ganhou com 93.00 na sua melhor bateria. Minato Oike (JPN) faturou a prata e Liszurley Serna (COL) ficou com o bronze. Duas brasileiras estiveram na competição. mas não passaram da qualificação. Eduarda Bordignon foi a 14ª colocada e Derlayne Roque terminou em 17º.

Brandon Loupos (AUS) and Hannah Roberts (USA) won on Sunday (15) the BMX Freestyle of the World Urban Games held in Budapest (HUN).
This BMX modality will make its debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
In men, Loupos won with 94.10 points in his best attempt. Australia completed the double with Logan Martin (AUS) in second place. The podium was also attended by Justin Dowell (USA). The only Brazilian in the race, Gustavo de Oliveira was still in the first phase, finishing 14th overall with 58.80 on average after both attempts.
