Na edição de 2019 de uma das maiores festas de halloween dos Estados Unidos não poderia ser diferente.
Esta sexta-feira, dia 6 de setembro, foi o primeiro dia oficial do Halloween Horror Nights, que neste ano conta com uma série de novidades, entre novas casas temáticas e zonas de susto totalmente reformuladas.
Serão ao todo 41 noites selecionadas de muitos sustos e terror, entre esta sexta-feira (6) e o dia 2 de novembro. Os visitantes vão encarar dez novas casas assombradas e temáticas, e cinco zonas de susto, baseadas em grandes produções cinematográficas e filmes cult até a criatividade da equipe do Universal Entertainment. O M&E mergulhou nessa aventura e conheceu de perto, mais uma vez, um dos halloweens mais assustadores dos EUA.
Além das casas e zonas de susto, os participantes ainda puderam curtir as atrações dos parques durante a noite, como a montanha-russa Rocket. O primeiro dia de Halloween também trouxe a oportunidade de conversarmos com os produtores do evento. A gerente do Departamento de Criações e Desenvolvimento da Universal lembrou do duro trabalho para deixar tudo pronto. “Somos o ‘world premier’ de Halloween no mundo. Contamos com os maiores nomes do terror e criamos as mais aterrorizantes histórias”, disse a executiva.
O Halloween Horror Nights do Universal Orlando deste ano estreia o show noturno na lagoa: o “Halloween Marathon of Mayhem”. Os visitantes assistirão momentos aterrorizantes inspirados em alguns clássicos do Halloween que dominarão a lagoa do parque Universal Studios Florida. E a promessa da Universal acabou sendo cumprida. O show de luzes e água é mesmo incrível e chama a atenção de quem passa no momento.
Telas aquáticas gigantescas destacando cenas icônicas de terror, ressaltadas em mais de 100 fontes, efeitos especiais, música eletrônica, lasers e mais, dão mesmo vida a essa nova experiência. Os visitantes testemunham uma nova versão distorcida de Stranger Things, Ghostbusters, Universal Monsters e Killer Klowns from Outer Space, conforme eles invadirem a lagoa da Universal Studios para o “Halloween Marathon of Mayhem”.
Por mais de 25 anos, turistas de todo o mundo visitam o “Halloween Horror Nights”. Múltiplos labirintos com qualidade cinematográfica, baseados em icônicas séries de televisão, filmes e histórias originais de horror ganham vida temporada após temporada. As ruas do evento de cada parque são transformadas em zonas de medo altamente temáticas, onde atores ameaçadores atacam a cada esquina escura.
Neste ano, o Halloween Horror Nights 2019 contou com dez casas: Ghostbusters; Stranger Things; Us; Yeti: Terror of the Yukon; Killer Klowns; House of 1000 Corpses; Universal Monsters; Nightingales; Depth of Fear e Graveyard Games. Além delas, outras cinco novas zonas de susto: Zombieland: Double Tap; Rob Zombie Hellbilly Deluxe; Anarch-cade; Vikings Undead; e Vanity Ball.

Each park's event streets are transformed into highly themed fear zones, where threatening actors attack every dark corner.
