Mais uma parceria foi firmada entre as Secretarias da Cultura, Secretaria da Juventude e a Central Única das Favelas (CUFA) para ofertar aulas de manobras de skate para os adolescentes e Jovens de Toledo. O local escolhido foi a pista de skate do Centro de Artes e Esportes Unificados de Toledo, o CEU das Artes, no Santa Clara IV.
A CUFA irá ser a responsável pelo fornecimento de instrutor e acompanhará o andamento das aulas. A Secretaria da Cultura será responsável pelo fornecimento de espaço e monitoramento das atividades. Já a Secretaria da Juventude será incumbida de fornecer os skates e os equipamentos de proteção individual dos alunos (capacete, joelheira, cotoveleira e protetor de punho).
Os equipamentos foram adquiridos pelo município de Toledo, por meio da Secretaria da Juventude com recursos vindos do Governo do Estado através da deliberação 040/2017. As aulas acontecerão inicialmente nas sextas-feiras a partir das 14 horas, para o público a partir de 10 anos de idade.
Para o artista e skatista, Isaac de Souza, o projeto e as parcerias só tendem a fortalecer a Associação de Skate e as iniciativas da CUFA no Paraná e na cidade de Toledo. “Agradecemos a Prefeitura de Toledo, através da união de forças com as Secretarias da Juventude e Cultura por mais esta parceria.”
Para a coordenadora do CEU das Artes, Isabela Olsen a iniciativa, além de fortalecer grupos da comunidade, fortalecem os equipamentos públicos envolvidos e sua efetividade. “O objetivo é suprir as demandas locais, sobretudo no que tange a promoção de cidadania, desenvolvimento humano e fomentação do esporte e da diversidade cultural no Município”.
A Coordenadora da CUFA em Toledo, Fernanda Fetter, ressalta que é muito importante a parceria com a Secretaria de Apoio à Juventude e o espaço CEU, na realização das oficinas de skate que vão ser direcionado pros adolescentes e jovens que residem próximo ao espaço CEU e que estejam ou não em vulnerabilidade social. “Nossos projetos sociais bases da CUFA Toledo são direcionados a esses atendimentos que auxiliam na formação e no desenvolvimento desses jovens através da arte e da cultura urbana "cultura hip-hop". A oficina de skate neste ambiente pode mudar a realidade dos jovens e atraí-los para o esporte criando novas possibilidades para um futuro atleta”.
As aulas serão gratuitas e o empréstimo dos equipamentos também não terá custo para o participante, mas vale ressaltar que os equipamentos e as vagas são limitadas. A Oficina iniciará no dia 30 de agosto, a partir das 14 horas, sendo a primeira aula reservada para a montagem dos equipamentos e uma aula teórica de todo o funcionamento da atividade.
Para o Secretário da Juventude, Jairo Luiz Cerbarro, esta é mais uma ação de grande importância para encaminhar o adolescente e o jovem para o eixo de esporte, e trabalhar também a formação e cidadania. “Fico feliz pela parceria entre secretarias do município de Toledo e com certeza este é o caminho para o sucesso de muitas outras ações que irão acontecer e que já acontecem em nosso município. Obrigado aos representantes da CUFA pela procura e espero que o andamento da atividade seja mais um sucesso e estaremos dando todo o apoio necessário em prol da nossa juventude de Toledo”.
O Secretário da Cultura, Odemilson Santos, ressalta a importância de oferecer Atendimento de qualidade a toda à população. “Estamos oferecendo mais essa opção aos nossos jovens no CEU das Artes. Um espaço onde a cultura e cidadania se encontram através de mais uma política pública de juventude e cultura”, finaliza.
