Segundo a diretoria da equipe os treinos acontecerão no ginásio do Figueira, no Centro Esportivo Jonas Silveira Cunha, sempre em dois horários. De segunda a quinta das 18h30 às 20h, e das 20h às 21h30, e no sábado das 9h às 10h, e das 10h às 11h.
Os treinamentos serão divididos em categorias, sendo o infantil e feminino de segunda e quarta no primeiro horário, e adultos iniciante no segundo horário. De terça e quinta treinam o pré-mirim e mirim no primeiro horário (18h30 às 20h), e o júnior e adultos no segundo (20h às 21h30). No sábado os adultos iniciantes treinam no primeiro horário (9h às 10h), seguido pelo pré-mirim e mirim (10h às 11h).
As equipes devem começar os treinamentos em ritmo forte pois já no mês de fevereiro a Confederação Brasileira de Hóquei e Patinação (CBHP) confirmou a primeira rodada do Campeonato Paulista Adulto, nos dias 16 e 17, e o Campeonato Paulista de Menores, nos dias 23 de 24 de fevereiro. Os locais das competições ainda não foram definidos.

Brazilian Confederation of Hockey and Skating (CBHP) confirmed the first round of the Paulista Adult Championship. The athletes and students of the Amparo No Limits hockey team will return to training starting next Monday, January 21st. São Paulo Brazil.
