O Sport Lisboa e Benfica anuncia que aceitou o convite para participar na Taça Intercontinental Feminina de Hóquei no Gelo, a realizar de 14 a 16 de dezembro na Argentina.
Apesar de não fazer parte do calendário competitivo de 2018/19 e, portanto, não incluído no orçamento para a temporada esportiva em andamento, a Direção do Sport Lisboa e Benfica aprovou a participação da equipe feminina sênior de hóquei de patinação na competição internacional.
De referir que as águias foram convidadas como finalistas europeus do desporto, nas quatro finalistas disputadas este ano no Pavilhão da Fidelidade.

Sport Lisboa e Benfica announces that it has accepted the invitation to participate in the Intercontinental Women's Ice Hockey Cup, to be played from December 14 to 16 in Argentina.
Although not part of the competitive calendar of 2018/19 and therefore not included in budget for the sporting season in progress, the Direction of Sport Lisboa and Benfica approved the participation of the senior female team of skating hockey in the international competition.
To mention that the eagles were invited as European runners-up of the sport, in a final four that was played this calendar year at the Fidelidade Pavilion.
