O município de Cravinhos reinaugurou no domingo (29/07) a Pista de Kate do Jardim Itamarati. O local passou por uma total revitalização, inclusive com algumas modificações, as quais ajudarão não somente os praticantes da modalidade, mas também os moradores dos bairros próximos, que ganharam um novo local de lazer.

“Era uma reivindicação antiga dos praticantes da modalidade de nossa cidade, por isso além de reformar a pista de skate, os nossos funcionários municipais também deram manutenção em toda a Praça do Jardim Itamarati”, diz o prefeito de Cravinhos, José Carlos Carrascosa dos Santos.

E para celebrar a reinauguração da Pista de Skate, o município de Cravinhos foi palco da 2ª etapa do Circuito Eterno de Skate, que contou com a participação de competidores de Cravinhos, Ribeirão Preto, Serrana, Santa Rosa de Viterbo, Barrinha, Altinópolis, São Pedro, São Paulo (capital), entre outras localidades.

“Tivemos uma recepção ótima na cidade de Cravinhos, e o público surpreendeu não só os competidores, mas como toda a Comissão Organizadora. Isso abre novas oportunidades aos praticantes da modalidade, e dessa maneira possibilita mais etapas do torneio para cá”, diz o organizador do evento, Marcelo Roncada.

Um público com mais de 600 pessoas pôde ver grandes manobras nas categorias Mirim, Iniciante e Amadora. E teve cravinhense se despontando e levando o título da etapa. Na categoria Mirim o vencedor foi Gustavo Ferreira – Zezinho (Cravinhos), 2º lugar foi Gabriel Neto (Sertãozinho) e em 3º lugar, Nicolas Silva (Ribeirão Preto).

Já na categoria Iniciante quem ganhou foi o cravinhense Gabriel dos Santos, em 2º lugar ficou Ícaro Bellen (São Simão) e fechou o pódio Thiago Azevedo (Ribeirão Preto). E nessa categoria também destaque para o skatista de Cravinhos, Igor Reis Silva, que ficou com o 4º lugar.

E o evento ainda teve a equipe de Grafiteiros realizando um brilhante trabalho no local. Os juízes da etapa foram Mike Dias, Junior Garcia e Junior Pereira, além do locutor Juruna, que fizeram um grande trabalho durante toda a competição.

Evento aconteceu na reinauguração da Pista de Skate de Cravinhos, no domingo (29/07), e atraiu competidores de diversas partes do Estado de São Paulo, Brasil.
