Paulínia, São Paulo, Brasil, vai receber, a partir da próxima quinta-feira (27, junho) e será por 11 dias a capital brasileira do ciclismo de estrada e BMX, recebendo primeiro o Campeonato Brasileiro de Ciclismo de Estrada e na sequência o Campeonato Brasileiro de BMX. -- Paulínia, São Paulo, Brazil, will receive, from next Thursday (June 27) and will be for 11 days the Brazilian capital of road cycling and BMX, receiving first the Brazilian Road Cycling Championship and following the Brazilian BMX Championship.

Atletas de diversos lugares do país estarão na cidade em busca de vencerem os dois torneios mais importantes do esporte e garantindo também pontos para os rankings internacionais e olímpicos. 

"São dois grandes eventos que vamos realizar movimentando a cidade. Convidamos os comerciantes e empresários a serem parceiros do Paulínia Racing Bicicross", comentou Júlio Brustolin, um dos organizadores dos campeonatos. 

Nomes como Bruno Cogo, Renato Rezende, Júlia Alves, Priscila Stevaux, Maitê Naves, Rodrigo Nascimento e Alessandro Guimarães são alguns destaques que participarão dos Brasileiros de BMX e Ciclismo de Estrada. 

Tanto o Parque Brasil 500, como o Poliesportivo do Monte Alegre serão preparados para receber o público presente com praça de alimentação, banheiros, expositores e segurança. 

Ambos eventos são organizados pelo Paulínia Racing Bicicross em parceria com a Confederação Brasileira de Ciclismo (CBC), a Federação Paulista de Ciclismo (FPC) e Associação Paulista de Bicicross (APBMX) e tem a chancela da UCI (União Ciclística Internacional). 

Interdição

As provas do Campeonato Brasileiro de Ciclismo de Estrada que acontecerão entre os dias 27, 28 e 29, ocorrerão no entorno do Parque Brasil 500 e para garantir a segurança dos ciclistas haverá interdição integral do trânsito no momento das provas.
