De propriedade de Dave Grohl, o local tem recebido convidados bastante especiais que têm feito parte do segundo álbum da banda brasileira.
Já te contamos por aqui, inclusive, que Roy Mayorga, baterista do Stone Sour, chegou a emprestar um instrumento raro para aparecer no álbum, e agora é a vez de mostrar que Bob Burnquist, lendário skatista brasileiro, está junto com os caras.
Fã da banda a ponto de ter vindo dos EUA para o Brasil em 2018 só para assistir ao show do EKT no Lollapalooza Brasil, Bob Burnquist foi ao estúdio e não só visitou e celebrou a experiência dos caras como também participou das gravações.

Além disso, levou os integrantes da banda para a Dreamland, lugar em sua casa onde tem a famigerada Mega Rampa, e chegou a realizar uma manobra sobre Jean Dolabella, Theo Van Der Loo, Raphael Miranda, Jonathan Correa e Niper Boaventura.
Ao final, rola até uma aparição de um presente sensacional do guitarrista Ben Harper a Bob Burnquist.
